Asociația CULTURAL Antal located in Bucharest Municipality, Romania has as its main purpose the honoring of the cultural legacy left to current generations by the well-known Romanian actor Ludovic Antal (Butea, 18 February 1924 - Bucharest, 24 October 1970) - appreciated as the best reciter of Mihai Eminescu's poems, as well as by the violin teacher Veronica Măi-Antal (Butea, - Bucharest, 11 February 2013), whose musical and pedagogical career is continued by her four children, all musicians - Marie-Jeanne Măi-Antal, violist at the National Radio Orchestra, founder of Sempre Quartett - Romanian strings quartet, Michael Carol Măi-Antal, principal viola at the National Radio Orchestra and probably one of the best violist currently performing in Romania, Marc-Antoniu Măi-Antal, pianist, and Mateus Johann Măi-Antal, principal second violin at the "George Enescu" Philharmonic in Bucharest.
